Maternity - Petite RETAINER

Service Description

Session includes 30 minutes of time, 10 edited hi-resolution digital images, online viewing gallery to select your favorites, and photo print release. I recommend photographing your maternity session between 28-34 weeks. Partner/immediate family may be included in your session. **Please select your due date, or closest date, as your booking date** (I will follow up to select the best session date and time for your session.) Full session fee is $350. Retainer is due to book and reserve your session date/time. The remaining balance is due by your session date and will be billed after booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me in advance for any rescheduling requests. In the event of a cancellation or no-show by Client, the retainer and/or session fee shall not be considered as services to be rendered to the Client and Client hereby waives any rights to collecting any refund of the retainer. For purposes of this Agreement, a no-show shall be deemed as the Client not arriving to the session within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time as listed in this Agreement. In the event Client is running late due to unforeseen circumstances and contacts Photographer to inform of their tardiness at least 15 minutes prior to the time their session is scheduled to start, Alexander & Kate Photography reserves the right to use her discretion as to cancel or reschedule the session for another date.
