Service Description

30 minutes of session time, 10 edited hi-resolution digital images, online viewing gallery, to select favorites and photo print release. **Please select any date around the season you wish to book as your booking date** (I will follow up to select the best session date and time for your session.) *Immediate family only! Please inquire with me for more information on extended family sessions. Full session fee is $350. Retainer is due to book and reserve your session date/time. The remaining balance is due by your session date and will be billed after booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me in advance for any rescheduling requests. In the event of a cancellation or no-show by Client, the retainer and/or session fee shall not be considered as services to be rendered to the Client and Client hereby waives any rights to collecting any refund of the retainer. For purposes of this Agreement, a no-show shall be deemed as the Client not arriving to the session within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time as listed in this Agreement. In the event Client is running late due to unforeseen circumstances and contacts Photographer to inform of their tardiness at least 15 minutes prior to the time their session is scheduled to start, Alexander & Kate Photography reserves the right to use her discretion as to cancel or reschedule the session for another date.
